Service Delivery Coordinator

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Business Service Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage the post-sale experience for our business clients—owning the process from order entry through successful installation. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring a smooth, timely, and professional delivery of our fiber services.
This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift. If you're organized, proactive, and take pride in delivering an excellent customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:

Manage Business Orders: Accurately enter and process service orders for business clients, ensuring every detail is captured.

Coordinate Installations: Work closely with scheduling teams, field technicians, and customers to plan and execute installations with minimal disruption to business operations.

Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients throughout the service delivery process—keeping them updated, informed, and supported.

Project Oversight: Own the account from the moment it’s sold to the point of installation, ensuring a seamless, timely delivery.

Collaborate with Sales: Support the sales team by providing updates, addressing any post-sale needs, and helping resolve issues quickly.

Adapt & Prioritize: Handle shifting priorities, multiple timelines, and cross-functional coordination with confidence and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in service coordination, customer support, or project management (experience with business accounts a big plus)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Familiarity with CRMs and scheduling tools (or a fast learner)

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a team-first attitude
