Position Overview:

​

Conxxus Fiber Internet is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our in-person team in Sullivan, IL. This role focuses on competitor research, marketing performance reporting, and budget tracking—all critical in helping us stay ahead in a fast-moving market.

You’ll work closely with both marketing and operations teams to turn data into actionable insights that support decision-making at every level.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to monitor industry trends, pricing strategies, and market positioning.

• Create and maintain marketing performance reports with clear KPIs and ROI insights.

• Track and analyze marketing budgets to ensure accuracy and optimize spend.

• Present findings and recommendations to the Operations Manager and key stakeholders.

• Use HubSpot for campaign tracking, funnel performance, and CRM insights.

• Coordinate with finance and operations using NetSuite for data alignment.

• Build visual dashboards and reporting materials using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

 

What We’re Looking For

​

• 2–4 years of experience in a marketing analytics or data/reporting role

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and proficiency in PowerPoint

• Analytical mindset with a strong eye for detail

• Experience conducting competitor analysis and interpreting data into business strategies

• Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience with HubSpot and/or NetSuite preferred
